Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 full hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 full hours notice will be billed at the full session rate. 

 

For Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan (OHP) clients, there is no late cancellation fee. Instead, 3 late cancellations within a 12 month period will result in the closure of your client case. You may reach out to request to re-open your client case at any time, though you may be added to a waitlist if my practice is full.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please use the client portal to manage your appointment. You may also contact me by email at therapy@lucylway.com, or phone at 541.204.1545. Please note that text messages can sometimes be delayed and so texts do not provide reliable time-stamps to verify 24 hour notice. If you text me and do not hear back, and the 24 hour window is approaching, please make sure to call or use another method to contact me.

Please note: I currently have a waitlist for new clients. If you would like to be added to the waitlist for future availability, please contact me and I will respond once I have an opening.
