
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 full hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Sessions that are no-showed or cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 full hours notice will be billed at the full session rate. Please note that most insurances do not pay for cancellation fees, and you may be responsible for the full session fee. If you are unable to make it to your in-person session, we can meet by phone or secure video instead to avoid missing the session.
For Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan (OHP) clients, there is no late cancellation fee. Instead, 3 late cancellations within a 12 month period will result in the closure of your client case. You may reach out to request to re-open your client case at any time, though you may be added to a waitlist if my practice is full.

Please note that text messages can sometimes be delayed and so texts do not provide reliable time-stamps to verify 24 hour notice. If you text me and do not hear back, and the 24 hour window is approaching, please make sure to call or use another method to contact me.
